"RATIKI"  1965 Chevy Suburban

I Hired A Stripper

Once at the strippers, True Grit's owner, Brad, took it all off by way of media blasting, which shoots plastic pellets at the body using pressurized air. Subsequent sandblasting, bid adieu to the few remaining rusty areas, giving revealing clean metal edges upon which to weld patch panels. Finally, the entire truck was wiped down with a phosphoric solution and primered, before surface rust could rear its ugly head. No unwelcome surprises were revealed. And not a whiff of pooey brown remained. Time for a new nickname and not a moment too soon. From here on in, "the Turd" would be known as, "Ratiki".
